Fullerton India Credit Company Limited(FICCL) has awarded a contract to Aahvishkaar Training Services to conduct BFSI training Courses for 300 students for the year 2018-19 as part of their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Initiative, Uday.
Fullerton India CSR mission is to build sustainable livelihoods for people. It aims to uplift the underprivileged people by providing them vocational training and subsidized loans to start their own small-scale business. Through Uday, Fullerton India actively works with NGOs and other organizations engaged in vocational training to facilitate training programs for men and women spread across multiple villages in the rural bracket.
The inaugural batch of 35 students was kicked off on June 13, 2018. This residential training program’s ceremonial training center was inaugurated by Dharini Subramaniam, General Manager- Learning & Development at FICCL.
Sathish Venkata- Sr. Vice President, Udayakumar -VP( Rural) South, Amol - CSR Head, Shanmugam - State Manager - Mortgage Rural, Saravana Kumar -Regional Manager, and Manoharan, VP- HR from FICCL graced the occasion.
Dinesh Kumar, Director – Human Resources & Administration and Satheeshbabu - Manager – Operations represented Aahvishkaar at the event. T
The first batch of BFSI students graduated on July 26, 2018, and interviewed immediately by FICCL and IDBI. 17 students selected by FICCL and are undergoing on-the-job training from 1st August 2018. Remaining 18 students have been selected by IDBI. The program’s success can be judged from the 100% success with placements.
